Digital credit classification
Credits are a limited digital service asset for use only inside app.757gas.shop. Credits are not legal tender, not bank deposits, not stored-value cash, and have no cash redemption value.
Credit usage and redemption limits
Credits may only be applied to eligible services inside the authenticated app flow. Credits cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, transferred outside approved account controls, or redeemed outside the platform.
Credit processing (Depay / Solana / USDC)
Credit purchases are processed through Depay on the Solana blockchain using USDC. Credits are digital service assets used within app.757gas.shop. For transaction issues, contact support@757gas.shop.
Refunds, reversals, and account actions
Transactions are final unless a written exception is issued by 757 GAS. Any account correction, suspension, credit reversal, or closure can be applied for fraud, abuse, chargeback activity, policy violation, or legal/compliance requirements.
No monetary rights in credits
Credit balances do not create a cash claim, trust claim, custody claim, security interest, or other monetary right against 757 GAS. Credits only grant limited in-app redemption rights under these terms.
